Our Covid-19 Response

After careful consideration we have implemented safety measures to ensure our clients’ safety. We are spacing appointments and have begun using virtual visits, amongst other measures to ensure your safety. Please read our new guidelines below.

Pre Appointment

• Clients will be prescreened for any infectious symptoms 

• All appropriate consultations will be done virtually 

• Please during this time no accompanying guests to your appointments (including children)

• We ask that you leave non-essential belongings in your car (ie jackets and hats)

During Appointment

• Clients must wait at the door until a staff member greets you

• There will be hand sanitizer provided

• Clients will be taken to a treatment room immediately

• Providers are wearing a mask and/or eye protection

• Bathroom use is restricted to urgent use only

After Appointment

• Payment will take place in the treatment room. Preferred forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Debit or E-Transfer

• Cash will be accepted if necessary

• Please use the hand sanitizer upon exiting the clinic

• Follow- up appointments will be done virtually and then it will be determined if client requires an in person visit
